  Finally a mattress store, with their own mattresses. They didnt try and sell me up to a more expensive brand, or talk me into the newest fad/technology in mattresses. I was able to try every mattress, get recommendations for my back issues and make my own final decision. All the mattresses were better priced than even the discount stores but far better quality. Never did I feel any pressure to make a quick decision, or their decision. For every future mattress purchase I will be back at Boston Bed Company. No gimmicks, no up sells, no in your face sales people. Instead you can find a pleasant place to rest your feet and head while you take your own time to decide the mattress that best suits you!!!

  DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Even if you're patient enough to wait for them to call you back (they don't answer their phone, ever) - once you own it, THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY!!! Bertrand and Co. (also known as Boston Wall Beds) will string you along for MONTHS ("this month's factory shipment did not have your parts on it") and then THEY WILL NOT DO THE WARRANTY REPAIR THEY SAY THEY WILL as in my case. Buy direct from B.O.F.F. in Toronto and put it together yourself or get a contractor. THIS PLACE IS A MARKED-UP RIP-OFF!!!
