  Kitchen and bathroom remodeling can be a pleasure if you work with DV Kitchens. That was our experience with Eti and Serge. We worked primarily with Eti on the project, which involves gutting our spacious kitchen as well as two bathrooms. The design process was enjoyable. Eti is attentive and thoughtful. She listened carefully to our needs and vision, made objective evaluation and excellent suggestions, combining good taste and design sensitivity with deep knowledge, and provided us with the perfect balance of function and form, and cost and quality. At the same time when she tried her best to satisfy our needs, she was also straightforward when our ideas were too fanciful or impractical. Material and product selection was superb. She was also very patient, sitting with us in numerous lengthy discussions when we revised and improved upon the original plan. Because the project is a relatively large undertaking, and we wanted to properly consider all details, it took us almost three years from initial contact to final installation. Eti was very understanding and fantastically professional throughout, always responsive. Attention to details is a key ingredient to the success of a large-scale project such as ours. And I believe DV Kitchens have set the highest standard. Even a reputable appliance dealer commended us for collaborating with them. The end result is a beautiful, attractive, and conveniently functional kitchen. The use of space, the quality of the cabinets, the aesthetics. Cooking has become a delight. We invited the children of the (deceased) designer of our house upon completion of the project. They thought their father would have been proud.
